Associate Dean of Law assists Dean with the management of administrative functions of the college of law. Collaborates with Dean on planning college strategic initiatives and supports on college fundraising. Being an Associate Dean of Law provides administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Associate Dean of Law typically reports to a Dean. The Associate Dean of Law typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The 928 Law Firm is a growing law firm with its home office in Flagstaff and remote office in the Phoenix metro area. We are a team-oriented, technology-friendly firm looking for a full-time associate attorney. We serve all of Arizona, and most of our clients are located in the greater northern Arizona area. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in family law, civil litigation, probate, or estate planning.

Hours and Pay
· Full time;
· Business hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm;
· Salary starting range from $72,000 – $144,000 based on experience, plus opportunity for annual bonuses; and
· Start date is flexible.
Responsibilities
· Consult with potential new clients;
· Represent clients in cases including attending any and all necessary hearings;
· Supervise the firm’s Case Manager and Legal Assistants on your cases; and
· Manage legal budget expectations with potential new clients and existing clients.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
· Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona; and
· At least six months practicing law in one of the following areas:
Preferred
· At least one year practicing law in one of the following areas:
· Licensed to practice law in the Navajo Nation (or willingness to get licensed); and
· Preferably located in the Flagstaff area, however, we may consider applicants located in Maricopa, Yavapai, or Mohave County.
