Associate Dean of Law jobs in Vallejo, CA

We are looking for a civil litigation attorney to join our firm who is ready to take on significant case responsibility. The firm is looking for an attorney with two to five or more years of civil litigation experience preferably with significant background handling employment litigation. Full-time is preferred although a part-time and or partially remote work schedule is possible. Responsibilities: * Represent clients in court or before government agencies * Prepare and draft legal documents including complaints, answers, written discovery, and motions * Advise clients on business and legal transactions * Negotiate settlements for legal disputes * Comply with all legal standards and regulations ​​ Qualifications: * Licensed attorney (State of California) * Experience in employment law is strongly preferred * Familiarity with various legal documents * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to build rapport with clients * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description The Law Offices of Barnum & Avila in Benicia, CA, are here for all employment law issues and needs!
