Easterseals UCP, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks a compassionate, caring, and dedicated individual to be the Program Director functioning primarily as the leader who oversees a Respite Home in Burgaw, NC. The incumbent will monitor service to residents, compliance to regulatory standards, financial performance, leadership development and overall service line performance. This position is responsible for ensuring best practices, health and wellness of supported individuals, and oversight of budgetary parameters.
What You’ll Do
Your care will make a huge difference in the lives of the people you will be helping. You will guide and lead operations of a Respite Home in Burgaw, NC to serve our clients and their families in collaboration with the MCOs to set personal plans to enable their daily living and social needs based on individual/family desires. The Director directly supervises a Program Manager, BCBA (Behavior Analyst) and Registered Nurse. The Director will oversee an inclusive overnight Respite House for planned respite for members who experience I/DD and their siblings, ages 6-21. The Program Director is also responsible for completing the facility licensure process through DHSR and annual maintenance, program operations and fiscal affairs. The Program Director understands the uniqueness of the programmatic contract and ensures compliance.
