Nautilus is a small interdisciplinary team structured to facilitate the rapid experimental development of novel integrated systems. All Nautilus team members demonstrate high levels of technical leadership and personal autonomy. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working both independently and as a member of a fast-moving, high-performing team.
Nautilus is looking for a positive well-organized project manager to support the delivery of research and contract manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate has experience executing complex projects and is comfortable creating systems and supporting project focus in an inventive and entrepreneurial setting. Project work will include planning, managing, and reporting responsibilities in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Breakdown project goals and objectives to task size
- Establish schedule and periodic deadlines
- Define project responsibilities with stakeholders internally and partners
- Develop a management, communication plan and budget for project phases
- Support and manage project for delivery on time, cost and per project goals
- Serve as primary conduit for communications with rest of business.
- Compile, maintain and review project documentation, status and compliance reporting and communications as required.
- Raise and resolve issues amongst project members
- Motivate members of the project team
- Assess, develop, and improve project process and procedures for management and technical duties.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and documentation skills
- 3 or more years of experience in a project management role for complex projects
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, work independently, and self-motivate to meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

- Good understanding of contract management, budgeting, and risk management
- Good understanding of contract manufacturing in high-tech manufacturing
