Job Summary
An integral part of the Academy’s administrative team, the Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for managing all facets of the admissions process in the Academy's effort to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student population.
The Director of Enrollment Management reports to the President of Ursuline Academy and supervises the role of Student Data Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Enrollment Management will:
- Model the Ursuline values of service, courtesy, loyalty and courage by attitude and action. Integrate the Ursuline Mission and Core Values into all activities.
- Provide supervision for the Student Data Manager position, including ongoing development feedback and annual evaluation of job performance.
- Contribute to the mission and standards of the school by recruiting and retaining students who will benefit from the Academy’s unique culture and programmatic offerings and contribute to the community.
- Formulate forward-thinking, strategic application, admission, and enrollment policies.
