Job Opportunity: Social Media and Video Editing Specialist at Atlas Survival Shelters

About Us:

With over 1.3 Million followers across all platforms(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), we are dedicated to producing high-quality content daily about the products we build and ways to survive the end of the world. This is a full-time job in Texas (no remote).

We produce shorts daily from our full-length videos and try to produce 2 full-length videos per week. We are also starting to sell merchandise and promote products to add additional revenue to the channel. This position will pay a base salary and a percentage of Ad revenue and merchandise sales to the editor.

We build bomb shelters which the world loves to see! Hopefully, a like-minded individual is interested in relocating to Texas to fill this position.

We also have collaborated with other YouTubers and celebrities such as Mr. Beast, the Tate brothers, Kim Kardashian, and we do a lot of TV interviews here and have been on several reality TV Shows.

Position Overview:
As a Social Media and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing at least 200 high-quality videos, demonstrating expertise in storytelling and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit a variety of video projects, including nuclear bunker reviews, installations, interviews, travel documentaries, and promotional content, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro,) to edit footage, create transitions, and enhance videos with graphics, effects, and music.
• Manage post-production tasks, including color grading, sound mixing, and optimizing videos for various platforms.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent voice and messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on the latest video production techniques and industry trends to enhance storytelling and video quality.
• Monitor Atlas Survival Shelters’ Social Media channels for feedback and engage with the audience.
• Optimize content for monetization and continuously develop new monetization opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing at least 200 completed projects.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a talent for translating ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Adaptable to changing project requirements.
• Ability to work on a tight deadline

Compensation:

• $65,000/year salary 25% commission Adsense and Brand deals

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Sulphur Springs, TX, before starting the position.
• This role requires regular engagement with our content, necessitating a commitment to watching our channels daily to understand audience feedback and algorithm performance.
