We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders. We are a small mom n pops dealership looking to increase sales volume and bring it to the next level. So to be clear this is a start up store management position. We have room for 60 units and a remote lot that holds more storage of vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Conduct regular account analysis and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives,sales, service, towing etc.
- Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize working capital
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards and bank finance

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of car sales
- Experience with compliance management
- Proficiency in account analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent budgeting skills and understanding of profit loss analysis
- Ability to make sound financial decisions and recommendations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
