Responsibilities:

• Automotive Finance Manager Responsibilities:
• Spend time with and listen to customer’s needs, wants and discuss vehicle options
• Teach becoming an auto finance expert, relationship specialist, gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Teach follow up with prospective customers
• Teach follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
• If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income and want to build a career working as a sales representative with exciting new products
• Manage all aspects of automotive finance and insurance process
• Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the financing process
• Secure financing for qualified customers through various lending institutions
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Utilize Dealertrack and other finance tools effectively

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate must have a desire to succeed and be a vital part of a team. Our finance managers come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful, the most important quality you can bring is a desire to succeed, enjoyment in providing outstanding customer experiences, and most important the intention and will to be paid a premium for your efforts!!

• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive finance
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• JM&A certification preferred
• Excellent appearance
