• a background in retail sales
• a background in the small loan field
• a background in successful insurance related sales

• a background in the banking and/or credit industry

• Previous experience in automotive or other industries Finance Departments or roles

The Finance and Insurance Business Manager will be responsible for working with our customers, our lenders, and our sales staff. You will be arranging marine and power sport loans and be responsible for the sales of our loan enhancement products to our customers.  Requires outstanding customer relation skills, daily computer skills, tolerance for fast paced work environment, capable of working on your feet all day.  Position also carries out varies dealerships ship duties.  Position offers an opportunity to work in a progressive, expanding dealership, insurance and retirement plan, paid vacations, excellent fringe benefits.
