    Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of the company's operations, ensuring the implementation of effective financial strategies, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. This role will require occasional travel, including overseas trips, and will involve close collaboration with various departments within the company.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Maintain financial policies and procedures that comply with regulations and support the company's overall objectives.
    2. Analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the executive team to facilitate informed decision-making.
    3. Manage the company's budgeting process, including the preparation of financial forecasts and the monitoring of variances.
    4. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and overall financial performance improvement.
    5. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting.
    6. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities, to ensure transparency and accountability in financial operations.
    8. Provide guidance and support to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
    9. Responsible for reporting quarterly financials for board meetings.
    10. Treasurer for the board.

    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; OR Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
    2. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.
    3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    5. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    6. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
    7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Please note that this position requires occasional travel, including international trips, and is fully on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona location. The annual salary for this role is $72,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
