What you’ll do!
Our Financial Aid Solutions Director is responsible for the supervision of staff performing
verification for partner schools. Working in collaboration with the Senior Director, this individual will
monitor reports, analyze trends, provide direction to the Verification team and make hiring need
recommendations to senior management. This individual works closely with the team to ensure
training is provided, updated policies and procedures are communicated and learning objectives are
measured and achieved.
The ideal candidate has financial aid experience and an understanding of the federal verification
process. The individual must be able to partner effectively with the Senior Director while leading,
motivating and coaching verification staff. Further, the ideal candidate has an innovative mindset to
create new, effective solutions, analytical skills to interpret data and exceptional leadership skills to
drive specialist performance and meet goals and service level agreement productivity.
