Associate Housing Director jobs in Las Cruces, NM

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Five (5) years of experience in Human Resources, with at least three (3) years of experience with employee benefits
3. Working knowledge of basic accounting, financial reporting and reconciliations related to employee benefits
4. Ability to work independently and make judgment decisions with minimal supervision
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bilingual in English and Spanish
