The St. Louis Housing Authority Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of Executive Director.
The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in HUD programs and demonstrated success in public housing, Housing Choice Voucher, and Rental Assistance Demonstration programs. A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Public Administration, Urban Studies, or a related field is required. A Master’s or Law degree is preferred. Minimum of ten (10) years of housing development experience, with at least five (5) years at an executive level. Additional valuable qualifications include experience in affordable housing finance and development, knowledge of public sector regulations and practices, and a background in the real estate industry.
