Associate Housing Director assists in all aspects of on-campus housing for students. Assigns residence hall managers to each dormitory. Being an Associate Housing Director reviews and updates of all housing policies to ensure the safety of residents. May also help maintain an off-campus housing program. Additionally, Associate Housing Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a Housing Director. The Associate Housing Director supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Associate Housing Director typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     The Executive Director - Supportive Housing is responsible for overall fiscal responsibility, marketing development, and personnel and physical management for HUD/Tax Credit, Public Housing and special needs communities.  The position provides effective management of direct reports (Regional Directors and Corporate Compliance/Trainer) as well as coordination of activities and available resources to maximize the successful operation of the portfolio.  The role will assure compliance of the operations and processes of all communities with Presbyterian SeniorCare Network policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and other applicable laws and regulations related to operations.

    What we are looking for:

    We need Executive Directors who, in addition to their primary job responsibilities, will help our residents by providing support for their daily living needs and developing trusting, caring relationships. Our Executive Directors for Supportive Housing are required to:

    • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in property management including oversight of multiple properties; a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred;
    • Have experience in project development as well as current knowledge of HUD Subsidy programs, LIHTC programs, and Real Estate regulations;
    • Interact effectively with senior leadership as well as residents, resident families, and front-line team members; experience with older adults is preferred;
    • Be proficient in the use of Internet Software, Property Management Software, and Microsoft Office; proficiency in One Site is preferred;
    • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a registered and insured vehicle for same-day commuting between communities and response to emergency calls;
    • Travel approximately 60 - 75% of the time. 

    A Pennsylvania Real Estate license must be obtained within 9 months of hire; a current Real Estate license is preferred. 

    Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), and/or Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) designation is preferred.
