Job Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.

Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects and assist in project management activities
- Manage office operations and provide administrative support
- Utilize computer systems for organizing and maintaining information
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain medical office records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette and operate phone systems effectively

Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to work with various software applications
- Prior experience in office management or related field is a plus
- Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to coordinate projects efficiently and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous
