- Supervise the fulfillment of the administrative accounting tasks, analysis and cost control of the products sold.

- Perform all the statistical reports required by senior management.
- Reconcile monthly all bank accounts, credit cards and loan, to close the financial statements and make control recommendations, to improve the profits of the company.
- Make monthly sales and purchases report with comparisons between periods of time and analyzing their behavior.
- Advise permanently on the use of Quick Book and present proposals to obtain maximum benefit from the program.
- Perform the monthly control reports requested by the lending banks that include accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory.
- Review and control the financial indicators required by the lenders.
- Control operating expenses made with credit card.
- Make the required payments in checks and print them.
- Control the delivery of the merchandise in accordance with the fulfillment of the terms of payment agreed with the clients.
- Be able to perform the duties of the employees in charge, in case of absence of one of them.
- The others that are assigned by senior management.
