Professor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research in a specialized field. Requires high-level mathematical and problem solving skills in addition to exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Physical Demands: Work requires little physical effort, involves sitting, standing, walking, and some light lifting on a regular basis. Works in air-conditioned environment.
