Professor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research in a specialized field. Dominican is currently seeking an experienced individual to teach both theory and clinical courses in the Dominican BSN program in the following preferred content areas: Medical- Surgical, Maternal Child, Mental Health. Tenure-track and term faculty members participate in faculty governance through oversight of the nursing curriculum, student advising, and nursing committee work. Tenure-track faculty members are required to participate in scholarship and university service. All full-time faculty will be flexible in annual workload assignments and will participate in student academic advising. All faculty adhere to requirements in the Dominican Faculty Handbook
