The Ranish Group is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate I to assist in studies aimed at understanding protein-protein interaction networks and how they change in health and disease. To accomplish this goal, the lab is developing mass spectrometry-based technologies that can identity protein-protein interactions on a large scale and how proteinprotein interactions change over time. This information will be used to identify key proteinprotein interactions underlying cell state transitions which can become targets for therapeutic intervention. The successful applicant will be fully integrated into ongoing projects and will be expected to design, execute, analyze, and troubleshoot experiments.
