Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team. This person should be able to work independently and in a small team setting. Attention to detail is an absolute must. Promptness and dependability are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching and routine maintenance.
- Plant trees, shrubs, and smaller plants.
- Build and install landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls and patios.
- Supervise and assist team members.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or construction
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 80 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
