Must have administrative skills including good communication, attention to detail, and use of common office software and computers. Experience using spreadsheets and MS Word is required. Desktop publishing software is a plus.

This administrative position will support our corporate office in various ways to include, the processing of insurance claims, customer assistance and general office duties. We will train on the details. Great pay, benefits and workplace flexibility.

Financial Duties:

• Invoicing customers
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Generating financial and operational reports
• Processing payments
• Calling Customers
• Debt Collection
• Placing Roofing Supply Orders
• Onboarding New Hires

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
