Asst. Professor - Business Administration jobs in Philadelphia, PA

The Pennsylvania Institute of Technology is seeking a program director for an exciting new Business Administration baccalaureate degree program with stackable certificates.  The primary responsibilities of the program director will be:

• Oversee all aspects of the program curriculum.
• Staff open courses each term.
• Working with the Director of Assessment, build a comprehensive outcomes assessment plan for the program.
• Work toward eventual national accreditation.
• Work with the marketing department to promote the program.
• Teach at least two courses per term in the program.  

Qualifications for the position:

• DBA, Ed. D. or other relevant terminal degree preferred.
• MBA or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years college teaching experience in a business discipline.
• Minimum of five years relevant industry experience.

Additional specifics of the position will be shared during the interview process.   This position is part of the Academic Affairs Leadership Team, and reports directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
