The successful candidate will have a strong chemistry background and demonstrate leadership behaviors required to lead successful teams and maximize results. We’re looking for a Supervisor that possesses an enthusiasm for science, who wants to bring their outstanding problem-solving skills into a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Create and manage schedules for day-to-day lab activitiesWrite, review and approve test notes, specifications, and analytical test reportsManage project-specific analytical and stability studiesEnsure data is managed and evaluated, including the creation, review and trending of stability resultsOrganize and execute stability shipments to off-site storage and/or laboratory facilities for testingPreparation and review of Sampling and Testing Plans, stability calendars, protocols and reportsDistribution of projects and continuous improvement tasks and track progressCoordinate as needed for the stability chambersDemonstrate high standard of ethics, integrity and professionalismContinuously identify more effective ways to drive performancePartner with colleagues across functions to build trust, inspire others and drive results Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or related field is requiredExperience in a GMP pharmaceutical laboratory and stability setting is preferredKnowledge of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, KF, PSD)Experience in supervising others is preferredMust have experience as an Analyst or ChemistAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
