Responsibilities: The Communication Specialist is responsible for internal communication to inform, engage and inspire. This includes creating and facilitating messaging to reinforce the desired company culture; promote positive employee morale; foster employee appreciation efforts; and build internal company brand.

Job Type: Full-Time. Position can report from our Sullivan IL or Princeton KY or Huntingdon TN facilities.

Core Responsibilities of Communication Specialist:

• Partner with leadership to plan, develop and implement internal communications
• Collaborate with leadership and teams on strategies and programs to increase employee engagement
• Develop internal communication strategies to build and strengthen a consistent company brand image
• Ensure communication is effectively and efficiently shared across the organization
• Continually seek new and innovative methods for effective communication
• Maintain company intranet
• Coordinate forums that enable healthy exchange of thoughts and ideas
• Creative and challenges status quo
• Bachelor’s degree and/or three years of related communication experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong creative writing and ability to communicate
• Experience in building relationships across all department levels for effective and efficient communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail within fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with public speaking
