Job Summary: Performs a variety of receptionist/administrative duties for Reno office.

Job Duties:

• Perform administrative and office support.
• Generate and send out invoices and statements as requested by customers.
• Greet and assist visitors/customers
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail.
• Answer phones, direct calls and respond to inquiries.
• Order & monitor office supplies
• Process credit cards payments.
• Prepare and process daily bank deposits (cash & checks).
• Daily scanning and filing.
• Provide support to our remote AR & AP staff. 
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Maintain office files.
• Open and distribute the mail.
• Analyzing information and problem solving
• Protects organization's value by keeping files and information confidential.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Some knowledge of general accounting principals
• Efficient in paperless environment
• Proficient in computer software: Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of office equipment including, copier, fax machine & 10-key calculator
• Data entry to excel sheets
• Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and good organizational skills
• Vendor relationships and customer service
• Good verbal and written communication
