The Department of Economics and Business at Randolph College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor. We seek a colleague with competencies to teach in marketing, management, and economics. The ability to teach principles of marketing, strategic management (senior capstone) and a business elective is required. In addition, the candidate must be able to teach introductory and/or intermediate microeconomics. The position carries a 3-3 teaching load. Date of employment is July 1, 2024; report date is in mid-August.
The successful applicant must be committed to excellent undergraduate teaching in the liberal arts tradition. We seek applicants with either a PhD in business administration or a PhD in economics with an MBA. ABD with an impending date of defense will also be considered.
