Our state-of-the-art Walbridge, Ohio facility has an immediate opening for a full-time Production Utility to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated candidate that is a fast learner with the ability to multitask.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Able to learn and efficiently work multiple production roles within the plant.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Should have strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think “on the fly”.
• Must be able to work at heights when necessary.
• Ability to work with people from all levels of the company.
• Performs special projects and other duties as directed.

EDUCATION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Past industrial experience in the paint, chemical or metal manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Willing and able to work any shift and overtime to meet production needs.
