Your experience in working on IT contracts, advising on GDPR and IP related issues must be accompanied by the ability to balance legal risks with commercial and operational needs of the business. Your main focus will be on supporting business in the Nordic region, and you will be expected to regularly support other large markets in Continental Europe. A law degree from a recognized institution and qualified to practice law in a Scandinavian jurisdiction, with a proven understanding of contract law and practice in civil law jurisdictions (in particular Scandinavian jurisdictions)2.) Ability to combine sound legal advice with a commercial mindset3.) Ability to review and analyze complex legal agreements, contracts, and documents with a high level of attention to detail and to negotiate and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.4.) Proficiency in English and at least one of the Scandinavian languages.Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow:1.) Admission to the bar in one of the Scandinavian jurisdictions.2.)
