U.S. Legal Support seeks a Resource Assignment Analyst that has great multi-tasking capability, a strong work ethic, and an excellent communicator. Resource Assignment Analyst duties include primarily assigning resources to requested proceedings on behalf of clients.

Resource Assignment Analyst Job Functions: 

• Review, edit and adjust the job calendar daily
• Work closely with other internal teams to understand the client requested services and assign the appropriate resource(s)
• Communicate in writing and verbally with external resources and clients
• Monitor incoming communication for late changes/cancellations
• Help book transcribers for different assignments locally and out-of-state
• Work with the Scheduling Team to complete work orders
