Job Summary/Basic FunctionThe Department of Mathematics would like to periodically hire adjunct faculty who have a strong commitment to a high-quality undergraduate education.
A typical teaching load will be one or two classes a semester, as needed.
**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required QualificationsBachelors in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or equivalent.
Preferred QualificationsThe successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, the ability to produce scholarly work, and a willingness to perform academic service.
