Primary Duties:
- Ensure timely and appropriate development and delivery of digital and print content that conforms to editorial style.
- Execute against a vision via small, medium, and long-term projects.
- Move finished material to proper locations as directed.
- Assist in creation of a high-quality product.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistent processes.
- Create schedules, monitor deadlines, track assignments and workflows, prepare and communicate deliveries, and resolve open queries.
- Create, further develop, and maintain the accuracy of project guidelines, templates, checklists, metadata, and work closely with and manage vendors.
- Oversee daily and weekly project workflows and meet critical deadlines as directed by supervisors.
- Effectively communicate with Supervisor to accomplish assignments and goals.
Qualifications/Requirements/Abilities:
- Associate degree in English, journalism, or communications, or two-years of experience in lieu of degree
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Email communications
- Experience with editing and proof-reading.
- Experience with content management software.
- A natural collaborator with demonstrated sound work ethic.
- Can collaborate with multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
- Has confidence during interactions while maintaining respectful manner when working with a variety of personalities.
