Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a medical receptionist/medical assistant or in a similar role is required.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (ECW)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

Please note that this position may require both administrative and clinical duties, depending on the needs of the clinic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
