Position Description
The Administrative Assistant provides support to the CEO and leadership team in a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Prepare documents for meetings and presentations to include but not limited to: Board meetings, staff meetings, community meetings.
Assist with organizing and coordinating outreach efforts.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Track and monitor client assistance program.
Assist with account reconciliation as needed.
Work in conjunction with finance in agencywide purchasing.
Manage and organize office supply inventory.
Manage the credentialing processes of providers.
Coordinate special projects.
Maintain communication and assistance via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including filing, copying, faxing, taking notes.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure seamless and positive experiences.
Adhere to all agency policies and state and federal laws regarding confidentiality of medical records.
Provide back-up coverage to other administrative assistant staff when needed.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requires periods of moving throughout the office and traveling to other locations within the community/designated coverage area.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
