Job Description:The University of Florida, Department of Pediatrics is recruiting a pediatrician to provide pediatric inpatient coverage at UF Health Shands Childrens Hospital and General Pediatrics Primary Care clinics, as well as teaching Pediatrics residents and medical students. We are a quaternary care center with 204 pediatric beds. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) non-tenure accruing position with the opportunity to participate in conferences, division meetings, and grand rounds. Experience and/or interest in research, quality improvement, and education are valued.

UF Health faculty work in multidisciplinary teams with researchers in the five other Health Science Center colleges, as well as those from across the University. McKnight Brain Institute, the UF Genetics Institute, the Powell Gene Therapy Center, and the UF Health Cancer Center.
This is a non-tenure accruing position. Rank will be assigned based on qualifications and experience.

Minimum Requirements:Applicants must have an M.D. degree or equivalent, be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Florida, and be Board certified/Board eligible in pediatrics.
