Official Title: Housekeeping Associate

Expected Dates of Employment: May - Sept. 2022 - PART TIME (SATURDAYS a must)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all the rooms on the property. Before the season begins. housekeeping is in charge of cleaning and turning over all the residential units, the common spaces, the main hall/dining area (though not the kitchen), bathrooms, porches, and practice cabins. When the music residents are present, housekeeping is responsible for maintaining that same quality of cleanliness in the common spaces and in the dining hall after each meal. As residents leave, housekeeping is responsible for turning the rooms over for the next guest. Housekeeping will also turn over all the rooms and cabins for the off-season.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES

• Preparing all the common and residential spaces for both the open and closed seasons.
• Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, any general cleaning of common and residential spaces during the season.
• Cleaning the dining hall after each meal
• Maintaining stocks of soap, towels, paper products, and the coffee stations in each suite.
• Reporting any items to be restocked to the Head of Housekeeping for repairs.
• Turning over residential suites between 2 -week cohort changeover.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
