Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our Physical Therapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain electronic health records using Web PT
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping, clinic laundry
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in communications

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Web PT
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient service principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Web PT software
- Knowledge of medical administrative support procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
