Asst. Professor - Physical Therapy teaches courses in the discipline area of physical therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. PTA - This is an outpatient assignment in Alturas, CA for a 13-week contract (can negotiate a shorter or longer contract if wanted).
$1,810 weekly gross. (Based upon qualifying for position and allowances total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances)

Requirements:
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistants
Current PTA license issued by the state in which you intend to travel (or a willingness to obtain one)
