As a Registered Line Technician, the RLT will work under the direct supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. The RLT will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RLT is responsible for the daily implementation of ABA to the client, as designed by the supervising LBA. The RLT must behave in accordance with the ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) at all times. All RLTs must be at least 21 years of age, possess minimum educational level of a high school diploma, and must be able to pass a criminal background check. Annual completion of HIPAA, Ethics, workplace safety, and cultural competence training required.
