Asst. Professor - Rehabilitation teaches courses in the discipline area of rehabilitation and therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Rehabilitation provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Rehabilitation typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. The Billing Coordinator is responsible and accountable to the Business Office Manager for the overall accuracy of billing and collections of Insurance, Worker's Compensation, Insurance coinsurance for Medicare Part A and Part B, Medicare Advantage Plans, Hospice, and Managed Care accounts receivable.
Experience in the healthcare field is preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of the business office operations, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with analytical and auditing experience.
