Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Georgia, is now accepting applicants for an Assistant Professor in the following discipline: Sociology. The position will begin its teaching responsibilities in August 2024.
Applicant must hold a Master’s Degree with 18 graduate semester hours or 30 quarter hours in the teaching discipline. Community College teaching experience is highly preferred. Applicant must be willing to teach day, evening, and/or weekend courses, as well as at various physical locations, remote and online.
This position is for an Assistant Professor or higher. Among the potential courses that could be taught would be a variety of introductory courses along with other 200-level courses. The hire will also serve as the Sociology Program Coordinator.
