Qualified candidates will: •Hold dual certification in early childhood pk-2 and special education (moderate or severe disabilities) •Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to educational equity and instructional excellence •Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment for all learners •Create lesson plans, aligned with current state and district standards, which drive instruction through formative assessment and differentiation •Provide consistent, immediate feedback on student learning and ask analytical questions that elicit student responses that incorporate prior knowledge, life experience, and interests that are directly related to the content objective •Demonstrate an ability to administer and analyze appropriate testing protocols; develop and implement meaningful IEPs, and skillfully manage IEPs digitally. •Collaborate with colleagues and administration in analyzing data to positively impact student learning •Engage in reflective practice in concert with supervisor and team aligned to the instructional focus of the school •Communicate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and administrators Resume Cover Letter 3 References
