• Assist the Head Athletic Trainer in all aspects of healthcare for the student-athletes.
• Assist with the organizational and administrative duties of the athletic training facility.
• Medical record keeping.
• Staff scheduling.
• Assist with inventory and budget.
• Pre-participation screenings of student-athletes.
• Preseason preparation and practices.
• Initial treatment, evaluation, and rehabilitation of student-athletes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training
• BOC Certification in Athletic Training
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Licensure in the State of Maryland or in process for licensure
• Experience working with basic computer applications.
• Interest in collegiate athletics

• Good injury evaluation and rehabilitation skills.
• Ability to perform in high-stress situations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Empathy, Compassion, Patience and Persistence.
• Time management and critical thinking skills.
