ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for overall strategy of the functionality of bank's ATM network. Manages network relationships and oversees transaction routing. Being an ATM Manager (Functionality) is responsible for developing deposit growth opportunities for the bank. Handles complex customer transactions. Additionally, ATM Manager (Functionality) ensures that the bank policies meet federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. Keeps abreast of new and upgraded functionalities, determines business needs, and manages the upgrade projects through implementation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The ATM Manager (Functionality) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     JOB SUMMARY
    We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced cash handling (ATM) technician.

    This position is responsible for the repair and maintenance of ITMs'/ATM's, Teller cash dispensers/recyclers, coin machines and various other cash handling products. This role is responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment purchased by customers and works independently in field driven capacity to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include on-site installation, repair and maintenance of equipment purchased by customers.


    Responsibilities:


    Customer Service

    • Respond to dispatched emergency service calls, reporting to the customer site within 8 working hours or less as dictated by customer contract.
    • Properly schedule calls to appropriately manage response time.
    • Reinforce operator training issues with customer as appropriate.
    • Distribute customer comment cards at the end of each service call in order for Wittenbach to receive feedback.
    • Utilize customer relations skills to maintain a highly professional image of our Field Service Representatives.
    • Extensive driving from location to location.

    Troubleshooting

    • Repair equipment problems to completion by making the required adjustments or replacing defective parts as necessary.
    • Keep updated log to be used as a reference when troubleshooting future similar repairs.

    Preventive Maintenance

    • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance routines, adhering to factory specification on all customer equipment.

    Due to the nature of our business, qualified candidates must pass a drug, driving and criminal record check prior to being hired.

    Requirements

    Education:

    • Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school.

    Experience:

    • Minimum 1 year office equipment service experience
    • ATM/Teller cash dispenser/recycler, coin machine repair etc.
    • Must be able to use a computer

    ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL-MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    1. Able to properly lift 50 pounds or less frequently, 100 pounds or less occasionally. The highest point of any lift - overhead; the lowest point of any lift - the floor.
    2. Able to move 50 pounds or less frequently, 100 pounds or less occasionally.
    3. Able to push/pull objects with moderate effort frequently. Maximum effort occasionally.
    4. Able to sit and/or stand 2 hours continuously, up to 8 hours per day. Able to remain on feet for 2 hours continuously.
    5. Must be able to manipulate small objects with close eye-hand and arm-hand coordination for entire shift.
    6. Able to perform motor skills such as grasping, finger manipulation, pinching, bending, reaching out, twisting, turning, reaching up, wrist turning/torquing for 2 hours continuously.
    7. Able to effectively communicate with customer base, both orally and in writing.
    8. Able to see objects closely, discriminate colors, perceive depth continuously.
    9. Able to understand, relate to, and apply concepts on a continuous basis.
    10. Able to remember multiple tasks / assignments given to self and others over long periods of time continuously.
    11. Able to drive vehicle from site to site in order to provide technical support for our customers. Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and own transportation may be required.
    12. Driving requirements may be up to and including 4-6 hours per day and on occasion up to 10 hours.
    13. Must be able to use power tools such as a drill or saw overhead.
    14. Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet high.
