Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Operations Manager to join our team. As a key leader in our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and achieving sales results. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to integrity.

Qualifications:

• Proven work ethic and a positive attitude
• Exceptional people and problem-solving skills
• Strong attendance record with at least 4 years of full-time work experience
• Minimum 3 years of hiring and recruiting experience
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Successful completion of a thorough background check (no felonies or theft record)
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a plus
• College degree is preferred
• Sales management experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational efficiency and sales results
• Lead the hiring, training, and coaching of 2 office personnel, 1 sales supervisor, and 10-15 Field Service Technicians
• Perform customer service and manage day-to-day operations
• Report directly to the company owner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
