ATM Manager (Service & Operations) is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient ATM operational processes. Accountable for service quality, network marketing, and scheduling cash balancing and replenishing services. Being an ATM Manager (Service & Operations) responds to and resolves customer issues. Manages projects to increase usage, reduce operating costs, and decrease fraud and risk exposure. Additionally, ATM Manager (Service & Operations) coordinates repairs and upgrades with vendors or service providers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The ATM Manager (Service & Operations) manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an ATM Manager (Service & Operations) typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • We are looking to add to our Prairieland family in Galesburg, IL. Prairieland is seeking a Case Manager/QIDP to serve Rock Island and Mercer Counties. Bachelors degree in human service related field and one-year cumulative experience providing direct service to individuals with developmental disabilities required. The one-year cumulative experience requirement can be met through employment, volunteer or family care. Excellent benefits, schedule 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work partially from home.


    GENERAL DESCRIPTION

    Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager of Prairieland Service Coordination, Inc. the Case Manager assesses individual needs and assures the provision of necessary services through communication, service coordination linkage with provider agencies, service monitoring and individual advocacy.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


    1. Prairieland Service Coordination Inc. provides services in twenty three counties and at any given time a Case Manager may be requested to work in a county typically outside their caseload's geographic area. (i.e.: staff illness, staff resignation/termination).
    2. Completes the PAS process, following the PAS manual procedures.
    3. Advocates on behalf of the individual and/or family to assist the individual in obtaining services to which he/she is eligible and has chosen. Ensures the direct involvement and participation of the individual and their family in this process.
    4. Reviews individual's medical, residential, vocational, educational, legal and financial status needs and individual choices through Visiting Notes, as required.
    5. Schedule and complete Discovery and Personal Plan process annually, or as required.
    6. Maintains individual files as specified by program and agency guidelines.
    7. Provides problem-solving consultation with provider agencies following the DHS Conflict Resolution guideline.
    8. Schedule and complete all Visits, Discovery, and Personal Plan process as required.
    9. Coordinates specialized services for eligible Bogard individuals as needed and submit summary reports to external agencies as appropriate.
    10. Monitors services provided to Bogard class members on a monthly basis and advocates for any unmet needs.
    11. Enters billings daily into Birdseye to ensure all time reporting for payroll is submitted on time and accurately.
    12. Participates in scheduled all staff meetings and mandated training sessions as recommended by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.
    13. Alerts the Program Manager of PSCI to problematic issues, trends or service gaps.
    14. Perform other related work as required or requested by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    1. A bachelor's degree in human services required and QIDP eligibility as established by Department of Human Services.
    2. Has the ability to organize, plan and follow a schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
    3. Demonstrates a working knowledge of the developmental disabilities service delivery system, including recipient eligibility requirements and procedures.
    4. Demonstrates ability to work and interact effectively with professionals, paraprofessionals, social service organizations and clients including their families.
    5. Must have the ability to work well in teams of co-workers and to work at their home office site using self-discipline and self motivation skills with the ability to work without direct supervision.
    6. Must have the flexibility to work hours outside of the normal workweek.
    7. Must be willing to follow directions, accept constructive criticism and accept responsibility for their own actions.
    8. Follows the Employee Code of Ethics Guideline by presenting oneself in a professional manner through diplomatic oral and written communication.
    9. Must have reliable transportation to and from work or be able to access transportation to work and to places where individuals live/work that may be assigned to your caseload; maintain a valid Illinois Driver's License and personal auto insurance and maintain a good motor vehicle record.

    PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS

    1. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively.
    2. Must be able to ambulate, sit and bend.
    3. Must be able to carry files.
    4. Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs. or pull a carrier.
