In your role with Mastry’s Brewing Co., you will be a driving force in representing our products and brand to the public. We seek an exceptional leader with a robust skill set to optimize the efficiency of our tasting room, deliver exceptional customer service, contribute to the success of our facility, and have the opportunity to actively participate in a variety of areas around distribution, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities for this role are multifaceted and will evolve with the company's expansion. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding people management skills, a fervor for craft beverage culture, and a commitment to expanding their knowledge in the field. A foundational understanding of the brewing process is preferred, or a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
**Tasting Room Management**
- Ensure operational efficiency of the tasting room
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee the aesthetic and functional aspects of the biergarten and tasting room
**Distribution and Sales Oversight**
- Partner with JJTaylor for timely product delivery and pickup
- Identify and secure new accounts to enhance revenue and market presence
- Collaborate with the Head Brewer to align brewing with distribution orders
**Marketing and Community Engagement**
- Lead marketing activities: social media, text campaigns, beer events, chamber events, and community events
- Work with the Head Brewer to better market existing and new developing products.
- Drive sales and partnerships through proactive engagement
**Brewing Process Involvement**
Encouraged to participate and become involved in back house operations to help support front of house efforts. Areas can include but not limited to:
- Participate in the various components and operations of the brewing process
- Collaborate with the Head Brewer in identifying new beer styles and recipes to enhance our product offerings.
- Participate in packaging processes to understand inventory management and ensure product availability.
- Assist in label design and branding initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Gain insight into inventory rate of depletion to optimize ordering and stocking procedures for efficient operations.
