Additionally, ATM Service Technician typically reports to a supervisor. The ATM Service Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Pool Service Technician
Description
The Technician’s primary goal is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while performing regular and on call cleaning and maintenance services to pool owners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Attend daily pool servicing appointments
· Maintaining equipment and chemical stock levels at store and in the vehicle.
· Testing swimming pool water pH, and chlorine levels.
· Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct pH level.
· Cleaning swimming pool using authorized equipment.
· Replacing globes in underwater light fittings.
· Fixing cracks or leaks in the swimming pool structure.
· Fitting and repairing pipes and plumbing for spas and pools.
· Servicing and fixing faulty pool cleaning equipment.
· Safety operate company vehicles to and from appointments (if using a company vehicle)
· Clean company vehicle and equipment regularly
· Report client concerns or pool issues to supervisor immediately
· Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.
