As an ATM Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the banking services department by providing quality service on our various projects. The FST will service customers by determining issues with products, resolving problems, performing preventative maintenance, installation, and training customers on the proper use of equipment. This person will be self-motivated, have a strong desire to learn a trade, and have the willingness to be part of a team that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support and repairs of customers’ equipment, may include training customers on proper use of equipment

Communicate with Dispatch to maximize productivity. Provide detailed documentation of troubleshooting, repairs performed, parts used, and current status of equipment. Keep reports of service requests and complaints

Drive company vehicle to various customer locations as directed by Dispatch. Be readily available to accept repair, install, and/or preventative maintenance calls from Dispatch

Report defective material or inaccuracies

Organize and manage paperwork, inventory tools and parts

Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting orders (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)

Perform required administrative duties, meetings, parts returns, timesheets, expense reports, and detailed ticket analysis

Provide weekly vehicle maintenance

Performs other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:

Smart-phone familiarity and technologically savvy

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps

Mechanical/technological/electrical aptitude

Ability to complete the work on small, moving parts accurately and carefully

Good organizational skills

Ability to interpret written instructions and documents

Ability to learn through telephone training

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service

Valid driver's license and driving record in Good Standing

Ability to maintain a reliable vehicle and appropriate liability vehicle insurance to perform work in the area, as deemed appropriate by Cennox liability insurance policy, currently in place and as amended in the future

Subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements, as well as at random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident drug and alcohol tests as deemed appropriate by Cennox current approved drug testing policy
Experience:
-
3 years’ experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience

Experience with alarm/CCTV systems, Safe or ATM technical experience is a plus
-
3 years of previous field service experience, preferred
-
Military experience is a plus
Education:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
