The Law Offices of David L. Carrier, P.C. is seeking Entry Level Attorneys for our firm, located at the north end of the East Beltline, on the northeast side of Grand Rapids.

Job Duties

• Work with experienced attorneys and paralegals as you learn our processes
• Handle all aspects of the Probate and Trust Administration process including, but not limited to, meeting with our families to explain the administration process, preparing and reviewing all legal documents required to settle an estate, assisting with the asset liquidation process, and handling follow-up phone calls with clients. 
• Work diligently to ensure that our client’s wishes are fulfilled during the administration process
• Manage your own caseload and travel to our satellite offices, as needed. Position is based out of our Grand Rapids office, but travel to Holland, Norton Shores, and Portage may be required.
• Counsel executors and beneficiaries on the benefits of creating their own estate plan
• Lead educational seminars on the Probate and Trust Administration process
• Ensure compliance with rules of professional conduct
