The Monongalia County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for misdemeanor domestic violence and/or child abuse and neglect cases. Under general direction, the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney will assess and prepare each case by reviewing the investigation, speaking with witnesses, and assessing any mitigating factors to resolve a case through trial or plea negotiations.
